We’re a group of club lacrosse parents in the Denver area who got obsessed with the idea that lacrosse should stay fun even when the expectations get high.

Inspired by the viral “Lacrosse Segue Pipeline Finance” meme and the way Michigan Hockey treats joy as a competitive edge, we started Segue Pipeline Lacrosse (the Pipeliners) as a recreational 10U box program.

Our boys already play on highly competitive AA field travel teams. This is the place where they get to be goldfish — short memory, next play, pure effort — while still being committed teammates who want to win.

We sing the wins, we laugh at the misses, and we keep the stick in our hands.

Longer term, we want this to grow into a club program subsidized by apparel and local business sponsorships. The model is simple: invite a kid, they play free; they (or their family) buy a hat or merch and spread the word. Pipeline is the natural transition — from junior to college, from kid to adult, from rec to competitive — without ever losing the fun that made them pick up the stick in the first place.

Next play. Team first. Effort before outcome. Togetherness. Joy.
